It needs to be renovated from the management to the carpet .

I was recently billed with some things that were already out of order when I arrived to the property. Management has no unity amongst the housekeepers and maintenance. They book rooms with broken rails, broken knobs and broken toilets. They have a new manager Patricia she does a great job with reporting broken amenities. The breakfast’s sausages are not always done. The boiled eggs are old. The coffee isn’t always fresh or hot. Two foreign brothers works the front desk and they are very rude. They get mad when you can’t comprehend their accent. The system will bill your card twice, it’s very slow. They have laundry listed as an Amenity but it does not work and they don’t know when it will be fixed. The only one elevator works. The house reeks of smoke and it’s suppose to be a no smoking facility. The maids and maintenance have both expressed how the toilet and rails in my room were broken and had been broken for a while. The foreign clerk had to reset my remote and the manager still charged me for the tv not coming on which seemed to work just fine until my last day being in the hotel my kid 12 year old minor used a restroom across the hall because my 14 year old was taking a shower. The head manager Rebecca Williams stood in our face and told my son he broke into a room that was clearly left open as they admittedly do all the time. No damage to the door, we had no key. She never apologized and put us out of even after I offered to pay for the extra room as well. The back door is oftentimes left propped open. They do not walk through and check for squatters. The hotel is not safe and throughout my stay I’ve notice several broken windows on cars. (My car is damaged badly and I believe that’s what’s saved mine from being burglarized.

The toilet was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, the t.v was broke .it kept making noise, had to change rooms 3 times because , the issues. The refrigerator was not working nore microwave in one of the rooms. My last room was ok, but the key kept going out. had to keep up dating key because of door. Talk to management she seems to not care about none of this only she said was I will have someone to check you appliances Breakfast was over at 10 went down at 9 no more food and the cook said she was done. she kept standing in the kitchen looking at her phone. I will never go back to that dirty place. I didn't like nothing

Hotel was ok.

The representative when we arrived was very pleasant and courteous.

The pool was dirty and other people were drinking and doing pot. Was not something that I should not have to deal with. The evening representative was very pleasant and courteous. But the day shift was rude and condescending. Would not recommend. Your continental breakfast was not a continental (no scrambled eggs and no gravy) was available.

It. Was a total horrible experience.

Nothing. Horrible place to stay.

Everything. No tv, no ice, no elevator, they didn’t clean our rm, had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes, over all a horrible experience for what we paid for it. I will not stay in another one of your hotels.

I specifically asked not to be placed near the elevator. My room was located directly across from the elevator. The room entrance door itself was damaged. It seemed if you gave it a good shoulder pushed the door would have opened. Major security issues. I booked a double bed room and because the room 500 I was placed in had the issue with the entrance door. I was transferred to another room on the 3rd floor that only had a king bed so my guest I had to share the bed. The bathroom tub was slow to drain. 2-3 of the lamps in the room was broken. I ended up checking out a day sooner than planned because of all the issues.

Superb

All around the hotel is a great price for a just say lets go trip. We booked two days ahead and the price actually dropped and we where able to get a little cash back in the process. This was a great deal

staff was OK

in dire need of an upgrade. Old is OK if clean, but this hotel was very dirty. There was vomit on the floor and looked like it had not been vacuumed for some time.

I chose this place because of the decent price and closeness to the facility I needed to go to.

I liked the price. The proximity to the testing facility was excellent, and I also liked that the staff honored my request for a bottom floor.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the lights in the entrance did not work. The beds were lumpy and not very comfortable. The size of the room looks bigger in the picture.

Breakfast was good they had a good variety items.My daughter had surgery at St Francis hosp this hotel is across street from hosp so we didn’t have to drive anywhere

Not worth price

Large room. Comfortable beds.

No fridge or microwave in room. No sugar or creamer with coffee maker. No hot breakfast. Elevators old and buttons burnt and melted. Rear parking has poor security. Car window glass in several spots.

Great location!!!

I liked the location. The desk staff were friendly. The room was spacious.

I didn't like that our room didn't have a microwave and refrigerator in it. I was also informed that our room would not be cleaned until after we checked out. I had to go down to the desk an ask for towels for my room. The housekeeping after asked came on Sunday an picked up the dirty towels. I was very disappointed.

It was ok

The two black young ladies that worked on Saturday, November 5th that afternoon was awesome. They gave excellent customer.

The power was out in the hotel. It had been out since 11am on Saturday, November 5th. She wanted the two black young ladies that were at the front desk to lie to guest about the lights been out. A guest requested for the manager Rebecca to come to the hotel to speak with them & she refused. She also the young ladies to tell the guests that wanted to check out they would get half of their money back only if they left within an hour. Rebecca was very unprofessional. She was not concerned about her guests at the hotel. That needs better management & few new staff members. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
