It was a good value.

The rug looked dirty, especially in the hallways. The staff was very nice, especially helpful was Aidan.

Towel rack fell off the wall when I put a facecloth on it.

Poor

Coffee and it was in a machine

The entire Hotel/rooms smell bad the bath tubs was dirty, the towels were dingy the mini fridge and microwaves need to replaced. I would not recommend any one to this place especially if you have children.

Room service didnt have much face clothes or towels for us also the pool was closed with was the main reason i booked this room

stayed one night and definitely glad it wasn’t longer

it was close to the highway

the hall smelled like pot when we arrived, the room smelled very musty and the AC was off when I got there so I turned it on and the smell got worse. I was approached by a man outside who seemed a bit sketchy and asked for money which I told him I didn’t have and my dog growled at him and I advised him not to come any closer. I later saw the same guy again several hours later. The carpet was very run down both in our room and in the hall way, the pool was murky looking and definitely not usable.

Counter staff were polite and friendly.

The Washroom was dated and felt dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming, to say the least.

The price was decent, but your rooms need to be upgraded. The surrounding area is awful 😢. I know you can't improve your area, but you definitely can upgrade your building and rooms.

Your rooms need to be upgraded ASAP.

Bad neighborhood, mold in the shower. All around the tub.

The bathroom shower had a lot of mold. All around the tub. It was really disgusting. I talk to the manager and he said that I need to contact you regarding a refund because I booked through booking.com. Can you help me with this?

Superb

I did not get my Wake-up Call so I was late getting up, and late to a meeting. The Comfort Inn Staff and the Facility were Great other than the first statement. The room was clean, the water pressure was fine, and there were No Noises late at night.

The receptionist did not cll me at 6:30 AM as requested.

perfect one night stay while traveling with dog to Florida

price was pretty good, they allowed pets, nice breakfast, good water pressure and hot water, bedding comfortable.

could have had an extra towel or two

Hall dark. there was a leak in the hallway and smelled like mildew. The room had a live roach! NASTY

The initial room had a roach crawling, the hallway was dark and water stains. I would not recommend this hotel.
