They accommodated us for the room that had a few issues with no problems
It advertises that they had a pool but at arrival found out pool was closed ,and the room we first got the bathroom light was not working properly had to take a shower in the dark.

The beds were comfortable.
The floors in our room needed mopping, we called front desk and left a note for the maid. It didn't get done. The carpet in the hallway was worn and stained. The lounge area in the lobby was hot.
