The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Only one coffee machine for breakfast and it had to rest between each cup of coffee. Many frustrated customers. No one helped. I helped many customers with the coffee maker. They also didn't prepare the amount of customers with the fruit over a holiday weekend.

The hotel overall looked nice, and was in a decent location relative to where our day plans were. Check-in went smoothly as well, and the bed was comfortable.
When we entered our room, the room had a damp feeling and somewhat musty smell, noticeable enough that we went and bought some Febreze from the nearby Target. The main reason for this was the A/C was blasting at max, always on fan, at 66 degrees, for who knows how long, making all the humidity of the day very literally condensate within the room. The carpeting was even damp.
To be a bit clear, I more or less expect this from a lower end hotel in Wisconsin, it's beyond common, but that fact that it could have been avoided if they just put the A/C at like 70 degrees with an auto fan setting, which would be more than comfortable this time of the year, makes me feel I have to start speaking up.

Cleanliness, grass was way past needing to be mowed for several days, showers had mold in them , struggle from some staff when checking in to use common procedure, expensive to subpar accommodations and service…
