Quiet and the staff was awesome! Bed’s were firm but still comfortable. We felt very safe while we were there.
It took us a minute to figure out the AC/split. But we got it going and it worked! Only one restaurant was in walking distance (the food was amazing) and it closed at 2pm.

Location was the best, great staff.
Beds were a touch more firm than I am used to sleeping in. But loved the facility.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking neighborhood, a few steps from a good local diner, easy walk to Pt Fermin Lighthouse park. Landscaping of homes in the neighborhood was fantastic-like being in a park for the whole walk.
Room was large, but inadequately furnished. Mostly empty space. They put a poorly fitting, sliding barn door over the opening to the bathroom. Dirty, but not trashy. Floor made our feet dirty right after shower...hadn't been mopped in a while.
