The only bad thing is the hygiene, lack of cleanliness in the rooms

the reception staff are very friendly ,the location is great no one is bothering you, you have a good time. El personal de recepción amables ,buena locación,nadie te molesta.la pasas a gusto.

very bad cleaning, Also another detail that I didn't like is that I booked 3 rooms and they didn't give me them together, they gave me two rooms on the second floor and the other room on the third floor. But we had a good time without anyone bothering us La limpieza muy mala,necesitan poner mas atención con la limpieza También otro detalle que no me gusto es que reservé 3 habitaciones y no me las dieron juntas, me dieron dos habitaciones en el segundo piso y la otra habitación en el tercer piso.pero la pasamos bien sin que nadie nos molestara

will look for another hotel when we cruise out of san pedro again

staff was very helpful.

area is really bad. we were afraid our car would be stolen in the middle of the night. we were in front of a high speed chase of car theft and about 7 copy cars pursuing the theif. we had to pull over to the side of the road as we were afraid we would be hit

Loved it- will book here again.

The WAS sparkling- check in humans were lovely; weekend breakfast offerings were just right to grab and get on with the day.

Street is noisy… but, I booked a hotel on a busy street so I can’t complain.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

I booked my room on booking.com and chose the room with Netflix service on the TV. We got regular basic cable, if that’s not disappointing enough we even had to call in the staff because the TV wasn’t working in the first place. The room was non smoking but as soon as we walked in we were hit with the smell of tobacco. The furniture was dusty and there was hair in the sink. To top all of that off i woke up to bites all over my legs AKA bedbugs. $145 is not worth the room i was given.

Room 205 was very very basic, but it was clean and quiet. Bathroom was fine also. Close to the cruise port so no complaints there. Enough places for simple dinner. Liquor store across the street to pick up wine for the cruise.

Disappointing.

Clean room nice bed.

Noisy, construction started at about 7 a.m. with debris near the one elevator and a torn mat I nearly tripped on. No continental breakfast as sign and online said. Told it is only on "cruise days" false advertising. Single pane windows on a 6 lane busy street slept with pillow on head. Staff at desk not very friendly when we asked questions like they couldn't be bothered.

Had what I needed for a short stay. Would stay again.

We were able to check in mid-morning after departing our cruise ship. We had one day to spend between cruises and this lower priced motel had everything we needed for the day. We were able to use the coin operated washer/dryer on site which was a big help for me. There were restaurants nearby. The hotel shuttle was very accommodating and at no cost. I would stay here again.

This was an older, very 2 star hotel. Shower was a little hard to adjust to the right temp. The street noise and loud people above our room made for difficult sleeping if you didn't have ear plugs, which I did.

It was a place to sleep, other than that I would not book again!

Front desk staff and little old lady that cleaned our room was nice. Also the pool area was cool a little outdated but perfect for a quick dip.

Breakfast was the worst ever I think they have oranges and sweet buns and coffee but that’s about it, so breakfast shouldn’t be advertised. There were leaks all over the facility making it slippery and dangerous. Our bed only has sheets and no real blankets to keep us warm at night. There was also this really rude lady who came by our room in the morning supposedly stating she was head of house cleaning. They defiantly need to talk to her. Showers need upgrades I think there was even a water leak while we were there. So definitely needs upgrades. Will not stay again unfortunately.
