Location was right across from where we needed to be at 8am the next morning. Bed was comfortable. No complaints. Breakfast was not expected at this price. Clean everywhere we saw.
It is a hotel that probably needed a whole new rehab to meet current brand standards, so that brand just built a new one and sold this one. You can see water damage in the bathroom (rust) and wear and tear on the kitchen cabinets, but it was all clean. Currently being used as a nightly, weekly or monthly rental, it certainly is a place that fills a need. Therefore, there were people just hanging around outside during the day, which made it look a bit questionable. Be sure and get there to check in before it is too late. The front desk closes and does not open until the next day. It was closed when we left.

It is very private, no one bothers you. Able to come and go as we please. Able to have guests ( most hotels don't allow guests anymore) very accommodating.
You can't renew you room on Sundays. Our renewal date was 5/25/25 but we couldn't pay cuz the system was shut down on Sundays. So we had to check out..only to check back in Monday morning. That was very frustrating.

The rooms were nothing like what the photo! Paint peeling,furniture old,bed hard as a rock! Bed spread old school 70"s model! Towels are small and abrasive. Toilet paper is so thin! People smoking pot at the backdoor, and it filled the entry and stairwell with that terrible smell. My bad to think I'd get an inexpensive "deal"
