Always great and convenient to stay here! First hotel in Packwood from the west.

I love staying here on my way to White Pass, where I'm an instructor.

Adequate

The room was very clean. The beds very comfortable. I would maybe stay again but there were no amenities at this place. From the website we originally saw thought there was breakfast.

The “lobby” was not welcoming. The person at the desk was not welcoming although she was better after our original checkin.

Check in early!

The place was clean and spacious. About a 3 minute drive to Packwood main area where the shops are located.

Still a bit far from the Mt Rainier park entrance if visiting the park is the purpose of the stay. Definitely check in early if you do not want attitude from the front desk. I checked in just passed 11 after a long drive and was given so much attitude during my stay.

Great stay. The staff and room were very good

The staff was absolutely amazing and so welcoming! The room was clean and comfortable.

The pricing was a little high and there is no elevator .

Comfortable but could do a better job of cleaning the room.

Helpful, friendly staff in the afternoon when I arrived. Nice to have a microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed.

Room was not very clean. Staff not that friendly in the morning. The web site stated breakfast was included and when I arrived the staff told me there was no breakfast.

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Thin walls and doors. Sound Carries all over.

Breakfast was not offered. Coffee machine in the room.

Terrible neighbors. Family with a late check in and no respect for anyone else at the lodge. Very loud. Kids stomping around, running in hall until 11pm. I needed to get up at 5 am and was already tired from the road. No control from management standpoint.

Expensive room, but that was our fault since it was a last minute booking.

A delightful night in Packwood!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and made us feel very welcome when we arrived close to office closing. There was popcorn in the lobby, hot drinks available, plastic silverware which was appreciated for our microwaveable dinners, and the TV was huge. It was quiet and comfortable, and I'd definitely return.

There weren't outlets on the nightstand like I've gotten used to, and the sink area was a little small. But those are my only possible complaints.

Great family stay.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Good breakfast, sadly they are discontinuing it October 1st 2022. Huge mistake there, because there is no where else to have breakfast in Packwood.

central to all the places we wanted to visit

No elevator. Room was not very clean. Shower spray had barely any force. There was no fruit at breakfast. Normally, I would not complain about these things, but we paid more at this place than anywhere else and the others were much cleaner and nicer.

Location was perfect for us. Right on the edge of town close to shopping and a great coffee stand, and only a few miles away for visiting family and friends camping on the Cowlitz river. Fluffy pillows and clean, clean, clean

The price is more than I'd like to pay but in line with other hotels in the area. Also missed the fresh fruit at the breakfast. One of the lamps on one side of the bed did not work

Exceptional

We were there for Packwood Flea Market. The staff was excellent and the room fine. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it.

Some maintenance issues. But I really enjoyed the stay

Nice location. Good breakfast, if you're not gluten-free. Friendly staff.

Beautiful area. Nice amenities. Friendly, helpful staff

Smaller room. A little too high priced. Handicapped bathroom was large but had sloping floor making it a little hard to maneuver.

Great location & comfy stay

The location is great if you're in the sunrise area. Loved the hot breakfast and the beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area in the future!

Would definitely stay here again, located close to town but far enough away to be quieter.

Becky could not have been more helpful! From the moment we arrived, she did everything she could to make us comfortable! It was like having a good friend be in charge of your stay. This hotel is fortunate to have her!

Since it’s an older hotel, you could hear other guests very easily.
