Staff was friendly. Hotel stay included parking.
The wall by the bathtub had water damage and there was a moldy hole. The TV didn't work. The bed only came with two pillows. The bathroom only had one wash cloth, even though the reservation was for two people. No microwave in the room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The lifts were not efficient and most were not working. Walked to the 5th floor most of times. The bed was quite comfy and the bathroom very spacious.

Bed was comfy and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly!
It was very dingy and overall just needs a refresh. The shower wasn't draining, the body wash dispenser didn't work, carpets were stained and even the light switches didn't look like they were ever wiped down. Also the elevator was out of service and the air conditioner was super noisy but I sleep in ear plugs so that wasn't bad for me.
