Would have preferred plain scrambled eggs & crisper potatoes. Otherwise, breakfast was fine. Appreciated peanut butter for protein. Would have liked English muffins but regular bread was ok. Oatmeal was great!!

Loved how mission-oriented the staff was.
Pillows were tired.
Many travelers are loyal to Hampton, they gave the same breakfast offerings they’ve had for 5 years. Wish they’d switch things up a big, Biscuits one day, granola muffins the next. Etc.

The staff is welcoming, professional and very helpful. The 24 hour coffee bar has delicious coffee, the breakfast is as a good as a free breakfast can be with a nice variety of offerings. The women who staff the breakfast room are remarkably kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There are retaruants and a big shopping area within a mile from the hotel, but you need a car to get there.
The beds, pillows and bedding are very clean, but I would rate the comfort an 8/8.5 on a scale of 1-10. The similarly priced Holiday Inn Express nearby has better mattresses (but overall I prefer this Hampton Inn.) Also, while the hotel is less than a mile from shopping and restaurants, you need a car to reach them.
