Breakfast was very good
Wasn't able to get a ADA room staff said because I booked through booking.com I would have to go though them ... was too late as I was already at the hotel. Probable will not book through booking.com again.

The beds were fantastic, not too hard not too soft. And clean! The sheets, multiple styles of pillows, just great! The water pressure in the shower was nice as well.
One of the women at the front desk, Karina, was so kind and went out of her way to help me after a very long day. Top notch customer service.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of yogurts, eggs, cereals, and the hot options varied daily.
Fresh ground by the cup coffee was available all day and there were always folks gathering in the comfortable and spacious breakfast area throughout the day to play cards or watch tv, work, read. This will definitely be my go to spot when I’m in Jackson.
The only water filter/bottle filler is on the third floor or in the breakfast area which is closed after breakfast. Not the end of the world but it was perfectly convenient at 9pm when I wanted some additional water.
Oh, and the pool was closed while I was there; bummer.

Breakfast was good
Beds/pillows were uncomfortable. Pull out couch/bed was horrible. Mattress pad for pull out couch didn’t fit it, no extra pillows for it, and the blanket provided as extra for it was super thin and super uncomfortable.
