Fun, friendly and hosted Ian Baggs
Parking for hotel can be a couple hundred meters away with little signage and no carts to move luggage. If not after unloading and entering the building did we realize we had to carry everything through the casino and restaurants to get to lobby.

Comfortable spacious room. Clean and great beds

I like the South tower as it has bath tubs! It is very quiet when you choose the end of the hall units.

No matter how often you stay there are no discounts. No free play. No anything.
I got a gift card for Christmas last year. I went to pay and they never loaded the card it was purchased at there gift shop with credit card and we had the receipt. It took 4 hours for them to figure it out. The hotel manager was rude and clearly bothered by the situation. In the end they figured out the employee simply didn't load the money on the card. I never received an apology or offered anything for my wasted 4 hours and stress of being accused of lying for 4 hours.
