Suite 2 is stair access only and is perfect for larger families or group of friends, accommodates up to 6 when using the sleeper sofa. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 Queen bed 2 bathrooms Living room with Full sized pullout sofa-bed Full, equipped kitchen 1 off-street parking space See other units we have available - Homeaway #3501460 and #3523271. We also have a property on E Liberty St #4312659 and #4841889 which is located 3 blocks away. Oglethorpe Lodge is a unique place to stay just steps away from the Savannah River, beautiful, cobble-stoned River Street and the Riverfront. River Street offers several restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. When staying at the Oglethorpe Lodge, you can expect a comfortable room with plenty of space and amenities. The suite includes a full kitchen and living space for visiting with friends and family. Extra sleeping space is included with a pullout sofa in the room. The suite has a designated off-street parking space located behind the lodge. The Oglethorpe lodge has off-street parking behind the lodge, where guests can enter their suite. In this same area is a bricked in courtyard, where outdoor meals or visits can take place.

This is a beautifully decorated, furnished, and extremely comfortable apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing in Savannah, with all the major sights and museums, and a great selection of restaurants, well within walking distance. It has a full kitchen with a large fridge, cooker and dishwasher. My only criticism is that it could do with a bit more crockery and some oven dishes as there wasn't enough for us to be able to make good use of the excellent kitchen facilities. I wished we were staying longer in this apartment and I would certainly recomment it to anyone wanting to stay in the Savannah area.

Location was in the middle of it all and loved the parking spot included. My teens weren’t a huge fan of Savannah in general but I enjoyed it. Only think is if there was some games in the place to use while there for evenings

My husband and I went to Savannah with two of our friends to celebrate a birthday. This was the perfect place to stay. The rental was very clean, comfortable and looked much cuter than in the online pics. The beds were so comfy and the showers were amazing. The location can not be beat for easy access to River Street and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Savannah.

We come to Savannah for sometimes five times a year you have stayed at Hyatt River Street Marriott Old harbor this is absolutely the best All things considered we have own little apartment one block from Bay Street two blocks from River Street a nice little bar and grill at the foot of the stairs and free park the place was spotless and quiet. Will absolutely stay there again even if we don't need it as much room as it gave us

Spacious 2 bedroom, nicely decorated and prepped, right off Bay Street in the center of the Savannah action. Restaurants and river walk only a block away. Private courtyard and balcony in the back, but the noise from the Treylor Park restaurant outdoor seating (right next door) kept us from enjoying it in the evening. The property was as described and a very good experience. Even though the unit was in a busy area it was very quiet inside.
We were on the second floor and had direct access to the balcony. This was convenient for morning coffee and evening relaxing though a little noisy, but not too noisy, due to the surrounding HVAC units and exhaust fans from the nearby restaurant. But we didn't come to Savannah to sit on the balcony.
We will definitely put this on the list when we return to Savannah.

During our Short two night stay, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was right across from the river in Savannah, And you could walk everywhere. However if you did need your car, you had an assigned parking spot for your vehicle. Just an FYI though, there is a restaurant/bar next-door and we had to wait for about 10 minutes to get to the parking spot because they were blocking the alleyway. I would recommend the restaurant though, great food and drinks right next-door. We would definitely stay there again, it was a large enough space that we could spread out and never felt on top of each other. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location could not have been better!! We walked to EVERYTHING!! The place was very clean and perfect for our girls trip. 3 cons…
*You enter the property from a back alley that is a little sketchy late at night.
*The kitchen is not well stocked if you plan on cooking…no pot holders, foil or any kind of extra stuff. No biggie for us but this might help others
*Our heat/air messed up and was not fixed while we were there. The property manager tried to help us out but both nights were pretty bad.
We would stay here again. We had a great time!

We liked it so much we’re going to use this listing for future stays in Savannah. Very clean, great location ( within walking distance to River Street) and reasonable prices. We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. Lots of space for 4 adults (2 couples). Surprisingly quiet for being right on Bay Street, we did not hear the traffic going by with the exception of a delivery truck or two but it wasn’t so loud as to be annoying. Loved that the locks were numbered keypads- so much easier than keeping up with keys. The 1 assigned parking spot was right at the courtyard gate, so no having to drag your bags from street side parking was a plus. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was perfect. The unit is very homey and cozy. Close to restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. Being on motorcycles, the off street parking was perfect, close to the unit, not heavily trafficked. Very safe. Would highly recommend.

The unit was extremely clean and spacious. We stayed at 3 VRBOs in 3 different states during our road trip vacation; this one was, by far, the best.

This is a wonderful lodging right across from the river walk and so close to all of the local dining. The property entrance starts with a courtyard with two water fountains and patio tables that was a welcoming sight to weary travelers. The building has a lot of authentic Savannah feel but has all of the conveniences of a modern home. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom provided plenty of towels and toiletries. We ate twice at the restaurant right next door, Treylor Park. Highly recommend for taste and ambience. Also recommend Huey's for southern breakfast with Catfish and garlic parmesan grits and fresh beignets. Dead of the night tour was entertaining and great walking tour of the squares and cemetery.

Our family of five visited for a conference over just two nights and one full day. We really felt at home and had lots of nice space to spread out. The central location to parks, river street and dining can't be beat! The unit was very clean and all amenities were there along with some extras you don't normally find. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be back to stay at Oglethorpe Lodge.

Super-convenient location, and nicer than we expected. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable! Lots of nice touches you don’t get at many short term rentals, like extra pillows and towels, comfy beds and linens, etc. The only thing I would change is 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most places. We love Savannah and would definitely rent this place again!

We were two adult couples and everyone thought the stay at the Oglethorpe Lodge was great. We were in the two bedroom, two bath unit. The unit was clean and even though we did not cook (made coffee only, which was provided ((and was outstanding coffee roasted at a location in Savannah)) It looked like there was everything you would need to make meals. We were impressed at how quiet the unit was. The one side was on busy Bay Street but it was so insulated that there was really no street noise. My sister and her husband were in the bedroom on the street side and said there were no issues with noise. Having dedicated parking right at the lodge is a big plus! Of course the location was great. Pretty much so in the middle of numerous places to eat etc. We would/will definitely stay here again.

The place was great!!! We will definitely come back!!! .. not only was so comfortable and cozy..cleanliness, the linen everything was super nice!!!They even had a couple of new toothbrushes in case you forgot and we did!! The location was also great not only with a its own parking space we did not have to drive at all. Everything was walking distance even a restaurant/ bar called Trailer Park was right next door literally!!... this place definitely exceeded my expectations...Thank you for sharing your place with us we loved it!!!
