Love the ambience of the facilities. We missed the first breakfast but after we just ate at your hotel. It was exceptional, no need to go out. The pool was great and very clean. I also love the snacks given to us every afternoon. It was very thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cleveland.
The service to clean our room was every 3 days. I do understand it is very good for the environment. But I did ask the front desk and did not do it for us. We had to get a quick clean up from one of maids. Of course ever did tipped her.

Outside doors are locked and need to enter front entrance even if you have key.

The property is conveniently located and easy to get to. There is a McDonalds right next door and other food places in the shopping center across the street. The room was quiet and they offered a nice breakfast.
Room service is provided every 3rd day.

It was clean and very nice!
Pool was closed. I wasn’t told before booking. I spent extra for this room because of that pool! Rooms let a lot of noise in! Hall noise, upstairs neighbors noise, road noise.
