it was a really nice stay Serena and Jocelyn took great care of me and my family. I would definitely stay there again.

perfect location. so many things to do and places to eat within a 5 mi radius.

do not book !!!! horrible!!!!

paid and booked a year in advance for a double deluxe room, upon arrival they did not have the room available. substitute a smaller room and did not get a refund for the amount paid.

they had no pillows, no breakfast and the first floor smelled of Marijuana.

it was ok but I’d stay somewhere more comfortable next time

location-close to restaurants, easy Uber to Notre Dame

the bed was hard as a rock and the walls between adjacent rooms are very thin

Superb

Very hospitable staff. We had traveled for 8 hours with a pet and knew that check in was at 3.00 pm. Dog could not wait for so long but upon request asked them if we could check in earlier and they gave us the room no questions asked.

the lady at check in at night was kind and friendly other than that everything else was not acceptable

i never even got any breakfast when i went down there there was nothing i was quite disappointed heard a dog barking all night so i slept like crap and the morning strff was rude and very unkind dont think i will stay here ever agian

Thanksgiving weekend should have better deals for out of town family!

that I had a full size fridge and was able to get dishes and a toaster

the breakfast option was grab and go bars, not my thing!

It was nice and relaxing.

It was very clean. And the staff were very friendly.

The troublesome process to sign in to their WiFi. We couldn’t even get signed in so we couldn’t stream any movies

The late staff was rude; very unprofessional; did not greet me; the doors was not secured; the scent of marijuana filled the hallway; tenant above me was stomping majority of the night; very restless two nights; would Never book again nor recommend.

You get what you pay for!

Having a kitchen

Despite the fact I requested a ground floor unit my request was ignored. The reason is because this site is almost exclusively long term renters. This could have been communicated with me but went. In addition, the clientele seemed a bit seedy and there was no luggage carts available upon check in because tenants had them in their rooms. There was also no breakfast, allegedly because of Covid. The kitchen had no equipment other than appliances. Not even a kettle to boil water!!

that it has a stove fridge and it was very clean the young lady that helped us at the front desk was so nice and patient with us i want to thank her it was our wedding night and we enjoyed ourselves thanks again

there is no pool or jacuzzi
