Hot water, tissues, great towels, low price
Coffee grounds in my coffee, obvious globs of lint on air conditioner/heater (I cleaned it off myself since it was so distracting that I could not ignore it)

Location and full- size fridge.
Filthy microwave, kitchen counter water-damaged and worn. Constant drip in bathtub faucet. Remote for TV had broken battery compartment. Lazy housekeeping. Doesn't clean under or behind furniture. Bathtube needed a good scouring, no water pressure, shower head practically coming out of the wall. No staff over-night at front desk.
