The staff were efficient and sweet.
We got a noise complaint at 6 PM when it seemed to us that we were not making much noise as my friends and I were getting ready individually at separate parts of the room. And it appeared to me that even security was confused when he was communicating about the noise complaint received.

Great location on Nob Hill, beautiful views, comfortable room, and very friendly staff. Easy to walk to Union Square and Chinatown.

My gosh....the VIEWS. The cable car outside the window. The hotel is quiet. No noise from neighboring rooms. The location on Nob Hill cannot be beat. The bed and pillows get A+ for comfort. My favorite aspect, other than just about everything, was the generous bathroom sink countertop. So. Much. Room.
I would have liked a straight connection to all local TV stations. That part I did not like.
