The hotel is beautiful and spacious. Everywhere is well maintained. Love that you can walk onto the beach in minutes.
The lift can become overcrowded. Based on the amount of guest there should be more lifts. The wait time for the lift can exceed to 4-5 minutes.

Service chart at the cafe. I shouldn’t be forced to pay 15% charge for getting a bottle of water or anything inside the food cage

On a lovely beach. Bar area was lovely

Close location to where the wedding festivities were taking place nearby. Beach access was nice. Food service was good and quick. Great size room we were given, gorgeous ocean view. Breakfast included was phenomenal! Housekeeping and the bellhop and valet were so fast and kind.
The room was very damp and musty. The pool itself was closed for half our stay. The hotel in general was a bit outdated. The price was very expensive.
