The hot, fresh breakfast was fantastic and convenient. The front desk staff were always present and attentive. The valet parking attendants were always helpful even when there were alot of other clients waiting in line.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with good facilities. Location was good.
Arriving early meant that all the initial interactions with staff were very poor. Once we declined the $50 charge for an early room we had to ask to leave bags in a secure area, which the staff did do for use but it seemed like it was putting them out. We weren’t offered to use the pool area to chill in or given helpful information about where to go for a few hours. We asked for a couple of maps, as we had two rooms booked and once they found something for us both print outs were unreadable and blurred. Service in the bar/meal area was very poor in terms of interaction but the food quality was good. The breakfast was good food quality except for the presentation, no staff for introduction, very flimsy plastic knives and forks and paper plates.
