Good location, okay place. Could really use some repairs.

The location was absolutely fantastic for my needs. And it was easy to reach. The staff was really very friendly and the room was okay. Did have a few problems figuring out the heat but that was more my fault than anything else.

The hotel was pretty run down. But the most bizarre thing was when I arrived a homeless youth had passed out fast asleep in front of my door. This was something like three in the afternoon. It was kind of funny but sad at the same time. I kind of had to tell the front desk about it and I am happy that they were absolute jerks but did ask him to move. I couldn't even get my suitcase past him, LOL.

Look, it's not a honeymoon motel (are any of them?) but it's a way to stay affordably in SV.

Location is great and surprisingly quiet at night considering how close it is to San Tomas/El Camino. Parking is quite ample--the lot is small and feels relatively secure (you can be close to your car).

The cold water in the shower didn't work so I had to keep running in and out of hot water (don't do this is your balance isn't good). I would mention there's no breakfast service (outside of coffee in the lobby) but I didn't care about that as there's lots of great places to eat nearby.

Worst. Experience. Ever.

Did not stay here, got ripped off.

Paid for a booking and money transaction was completed. When I was checking in, they said they require me to be 21 years or older and would not refund the money back. I am 18 years old which is acceptable for most motels. Frustrated I called booking.com, talked to the owner lady, explained to her that she has to accept the refund request, while she kept insisting she will not do any sort of refund. TLDR; paid for two nights, im only 18, no refund, lost $212.

Good cheap room for the money.

It was a good clean cheap room . It was not fancy at all. But there was nothing at all wrong with it either. I even booked the wrong dates and gad to change it at the last second and they accommodated me without any problem.

The A/c could have worked better especially since the wall furnace constantly put out low heat.

Couldn't sleep because of annoying noisy neighbors.

Lower the price and clean up the parking lot. Get rid of bike pile and update restock candy vending machine.

WORST hotel stay I've ever had; horror movies could be made about / filmed in this place

Absolutely nothing redeemable except the price, but they should have paid me to stay there after the experience I had.

Front desk staff lazy and clueless. Room 40 - I had to kick the door to get it to open / opening it to leave was much HARDER. TV didn't work (& they gave me the remote with my key??) The phone had NO cables/plugs attached (unusable). Chair in the room was so gross and dirty. I read the reviews & thought I knew what I was in for - no one had stayed in rm 40. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

unhappy, no refund. Terrible

None. Clogged sink, scared of old light switch (open) Risky, poor lighting, molds and dust everywhere (sofa, old carpet) small bathroom shower room. Not even worth 30 dollars. Guests get sick because of molds! swimming pool with molds,

should upgrade!
