Excellent room . It was quieter than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Wonderful decor and amenities. The room was beautiful. The breakfast area inviting and provided space between tables . The food was good
Only white bread as an option at breakfast. Is this an Iowa thing ? No whole wheat or multigrain.🙁

My food selection was good.
Check In waited at the front desk for check in for 10 or more minutes for someone to greet me. In addition did not receive complimentary water.

The room was very clean which is very important to me, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was quick to assist with the issues we did have.
The air/furnace wouldn't work when we got in the room. We had to have staff come fix it before it would work. The electrical outlets wouldn't hold the plug for our electrical devices without us holding them in. This was very inconvenient.
