Clean, quiet, comfortable
View was awful. Felt cheated and wasn't told the truth about the view from the front desk staff. Very tiny ocean view. Door to balcony took all my strength to open enough to barely squeeze through. It isn't safe. TV is incredibly slow. I guess it is the internet connection. Finally, the room simply wasn't worth the price. I travel all over the world and I was surprised and disappointed in this stay. Finally, I was charged $20 a night for parking. I didn't have a car! Be upfront with your prices and show all the taxes, room fees, parking, resort fees in your price. This is deceptive behavior and this company should have the integrity not to have this behavior.

Good location. Excellent amenities. Newer/updated, clean , spacious room. Beautiful outdoor spaces; pools, beach area, bar area and grill cafe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

We liked the room very much, but we got in too late to use any other part of the hotel.
The price was not worth it and the added charge should be optional if both resorts are going to be used, but it wasn't worth the extra charges for both facilities as we just needed the room for the night and was not going to use the resort or any other feature, so the room was technically not worth the price, and upon checking in, the person at the front desk did not give directions on where the room was and when my husband went back in to ask for directions, the front desk person was rude and took a phone call instead of giving directions on how to get to our room. We found our room on our own!
