The room was a really decent size. Plenty of space to store suitcases out of the way, bathroom cupboard storage too. I appreciated the little table, where I could do a spot of work in the evenings too.
They give you an eye mask and ear plugs by the side of the bed, which slightly concerned me. But I didn't need them at all.
The TV had a decent selection of channels and access to streaming services (for when the jet lag hits, or you just need a bit of world news).
Everything was clean on arrival - I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the inside the oven.
I liked the security of having a specific code for the lift and the room, and a separate set of lifts (elevators).
The check-in process and access instructions were very thorough, which I appreciated when slightly groggy from a long haul flight.
The location is good. You're right by Seaport on one side, and the WTC on the other. City Acres Market is downstairs and round the corner - great for essentials. But there's also a Whole Foods a mere 10min (maximum) walk away.
Nearby food:
Blue Park Kitchen - downstairs in the building, and great for a quick lunch whilst working
Regular NYC - I had a great brunch here. 10mins walk away, on Rector Street
Ashby's - nice sandwich shop just off Broadway
These are such minor details:-
It could have done with more hangers in the cupboard.
The bathroom floor mat could have been more absorbent, as I found I was getting water everywhere with no real way to mop it up.
A proper oven mitt would have been really useful (the tiny little square just about sufficed)

Great to be slightly away from hecticness of city, but still in the thick of it. Only a few stops from Midtown. Place was really clean, big and great facilites, gym etc...
Minor thing, the staff were helpful however they could have been a bit friendlier, more welcoming. It felt like a bit of an imposition to ask for things, but they were accommodating.

The apartment had a lot more space than we expected. I liked that one of the bathrooms came off the hallway (rather than through a bedroom). It was relatively quiet, and it's great they also provide ear plugs (as you can still hear sirens etc). Everything was clean. Check in was easy.
I couldn't get the air con to turn on in my room, and my friend had trouble adjusting the temperature in hers.
