the location was perfect in every aspect, close walking distance to the metro station (not one but at least 3), staff was so lovely they were helpful with every single thing that i asked for and also as a solo traveler i’ve never felt safer and more taken care of anywhere else… delicious food in their in hotel restaurant (especially breakfast) and the spa, walking to it felt like stepping into another world of relaxation

Everything is just so comfortable … lovely room and amazing shower. Excellent staff … subtle things that make a big difference. Really well kitted out and spacious gym. Loved the artwork and the restaurant was excellent. Fantastic location with great selection of cafes, bars & restaurants to walk out to. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to NYC.
The room keys are very tricky to use
