Good safe place to stay near the white house

The security was good, breakfast was very good and included, staff was very accommodating, pool was clean (but cold!), Room was a decent size

No real complaints, I was able to find street parking because the on-site parking was full (typical)

Nice hotel, disappointed overall. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was limited choice. However the reason for my main dissatisfation was on the second day, breakfast was served with plastic plates and plastic knives and forks. Having paid a considerable amount of money, this was not good enough, very disappointing. Young lady on checkout was miserable too. So miserable i couldnt be bothered to complain about the plastic.

Great place to stay, Room was great, and staff was nice.

Breakfast was great. The dining area atmosphere was really nice the courtesy computer station and printer was awesome.

In the gym you should remove one of the machines and use the space for the weight bench and dumbbell area, so it has its own area close to the dumbbell rack. Currently it's just in the middle of the room kind of in the way.

Nice clean room

We couldn’t get the room we booked so when we arrived at midnight to check in we had to get rather assertive to the young lady on the desk to help us sort things. It was originally suggested that the 4 of us share one bed until the manager was in to work. Not the service one would expect when booking 4 months in advance. It did eventually sort out in the morning but you shouldn’t have to get cross to receive the room you booked

DC gem

I loved the location of the facility, super close to everything and friendly in regards to being able to walk every where. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

My only problem was the view of the room. You faced another building and only saw a while wall directly in front of you and rows of windows to the right and left. No view at all which was terrible for the price we paid.

the breakfast has horrible. coffee tasted terrible? so by having to leave hotel and going to eat out it makes it all more expensive

Pleasant

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was also good. The hotel was clean but not very close to the subway. However, the neighborhood was calm and nice.

Low rating for the unnecessary 150 USD security deposit ( 3 nights only) and lack of replies to inquiries before and after stay.

Excellent Location but Unhelpful Reception Staff

Large room with lounge area and work space. The room overlooked the M Street with a view of the street. Excellent breakfast and comfortable stay. The hotel is walking distance to Dupont Station and other places of interest in DC.

My credit card was overcharged by USD 670 (day 1 charge + tax charge in addition to the full amount charge) but the reception staff were unhelpful to resolve the matter. Even though I showed the transactions listed on the credit card they were unwilling to help. Very disappointing response from the reception staff. I had to call Booking.com helpline and lodge a complaint and subsequently the charges were corrected/rectified.

I had a very comfortable stay!

Breakfast food was excellent. Large selection. Well prepared food and plenty of it!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The room was great and the service was excellent. The staff was always very helpful.
