Great location, very aesthetically appealing hotel and rooms.
Several things were disappointing. The parking lot was closed for construction, mildly inconvenient. A bigger problem was that the shower didn’t work probably. The stream from the shower head was a dribble, a malfunction that was also really loud. Finally we were told that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby until 10:30. After I asked if we could get a slightly later check out and was told it’s not possible, I made it down to get coffee at 10:25. Already gone. The restaurant said I would have to pay for coffee. Really?!
Each of these things was not super horrible, but disappointing given the relatively pricey stay. Somehow the staff needs to better appreciate and recognize glitches that impact quality of stay.
