The rooms, the pools, the spa
Room wasn’t ready at check in, according to hotel instructions at 4pm, in reality almost at 6pm.
At Check out we had to wait more than 1 hour in our room with our luggage already packed as staff claimed they were too busy. Until we hiked all the way to the lobby and complained, then things started moving. After paying almost 1500 usd per night, this is hardly acceptable.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is impeccable and super kind and thoughtful. They went above and beyond on special touches, with some gifts in the room and they also gave some sweet gifts for my husband's birthday. The place is gorgeous and the interiors were designed impeccably. Loved the spa/gym facilities.
They fell short in a few places but they always made up for it. The pool bar service was super slow on the first day but they offered free drinks and didn't charge for the lunch which definitely was appreciated. The room wasn't cleaned on the first day also, even after requesting the front of house staff it still wasn't done until I asked a second time which is pretty disappointing for a 5* hotel. But once again, I received a call after with an apology when I filled out their review form. This is really good initiative and rare to make up for every shortfall, so I still rate this place highly!

Staff, design, facilities and amenities
The room service was not the best but i appreciate the staff and loved every minute of our stay! We even got a welcome drink so that was the only note.
