We had a great time together!
The pool was extremely crowded, and there was not enough staff available to provide adequate service. For a hotel of this size, I would expect a larger pool area, more poolside staff, and a bigger bar area to accommodate guests comfortably.
We had breakfast at the hotel on Monday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was served cold, and the service was very slow. We ordered simple items such as avocado toast, an omelet, and a yogurt parfait, yet it took more than 30 minutes for our meals to arrive, and they were cold when served. We also had to wait a long time to receive our check.
