They provide a room with a bed, microwave, small fridge and bathroom. It was quite and I wasn't bothered which was nice. Breakfast is included but I didn't participate so I can't speak to that. It was a place to lay my head in a short pinch and provided what I needed for the quick stay.
I checked in on a Sunday. I was checked in over face time with someone and both girls were very nice. I told them at this time that I would probably be checking out on Thursday and they said thats fine. So I checked out Thursday morning by putting my key in their designated spot, I was told they were asleep so that is why no one was there, which was not a problem I thought but I did check out before 11AM on Thursday. My reservation was till Friday morning but since I didn't need it, figured I also wouldn't be charged. Well after emailing and getting no answer, I called for my invoice becuase they didn't send one anyways and they CHARGED me for the stay Thursday night into Friday. I called and inquired about it and the front desk staff told me basically that its the owners call and since I didn't say anything to them they can't change it and they will not refund me for the night that I did not use their facilities. Just seems like its probably not monitored or cared about and they clearly do not care about their clients or I would've been refunded. The "owners" seem to have all the say but no actual care or knowledge about what is actually going on at this place. I will not be returning. I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you need a quick place.
