Nous sommes décus du service que Vacasa offre

2 choses : 1- Nous recevons beaucoup trop de texto et emails, à partir de la semaine avant d'arriver, nous devons avoir recu au dessus d'une dizaine de emails et textos, ca devient agaçant. 2- Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le code de la porte tout au long de notre séjour. Le code comporte une série de 10 numéros, et vous n'avez pas le temps de rentrer les 10 numéros qu'une lumière rouge allume et ca annonce failed. Nous avions a essayer le code 10-15 fois avant que ca fonctionne parfois. Nous avons écrit à Vacasa, mais ils répondent avec un long délai de quelques heures et répondent en disant qu'ils reçoivent un haut niveau de demandes, plus que la normal et tentent de répondre à leur client le plus rapidement possible. C'est mauvais signe de se faire dire que leur autre client ont plein de difficulté aussi avec leur appartement et en plus notre problème n'a pas été réglé. Le service à la clientèle c'est important, pas juste avant d'arriver en recevant plein de courriels, mais rendu dedans et qu'on est exposé à des problèmes faut être présent et ne pas disparaitre...

The space was clean, generous amount of towels, the setting and pool lovely but interior crowded

The unit had too many decorations but lacked two essentials: a mirror in the living/bedroom and a step stool to safely reach the high cabinet where the dishes and plates were kept. The pillows were hard as rocks. The sink in the bathroom was miniature and inadequate.

Space was small. Nobody to welcome or offer information regarding attractions/general area. Pretty much on your own know how/devices.

Clean and cozy condo located near everything!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Although they are apartment sized appliances, everything you meed is there. Central location that is close to lots of destinations. Would stay again and recommend to friends!

I was a little confused about the check in process, considering we normally greet the front desk representative. I did receive the code via email and all went well. The floor needed cleaning, and I was not certain of the process for a two week stay. I was able to get fresh towels - Thank you

Disappointing

I thought the location and amenities were good. It was nice to be able to cook out on the charcoal grills one night.

I couldn’t connect to the internet so it was frustrating using my data to do work and look up things to do on my phone when the property said that internet was included.

I just wish the unit had a broom and dust pan available. Lots of sand from the beach. Thankfully I came with friends and their unit had one I could borrow.

Very good

All things you would need for beach vacation were there. Pool was lovely. Location was excellent. Two bathrooms were helpful, too. Price was very reasonable. Great option for our family.

Dark inside.. More soft lighting would be helpful.
