Location for a stop over on the way to Santander ferry port. I sent an email enquiring about bike storage and the staff responded very quickly. It was a lovely spacious hotel and there was a little cosy quiet/reading room available for guests. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The value for money was excellent.
Nothing was all good.

Arrived late and tired, but staff still cooked us a meal and made us feel welcomed.

Lovely large comfortable bed and location.
The service in this hotel is so bad, we stood in reception for 25mins before a lady attended. Reserved table for 20.30 for dinner, door to restaurant didnt open until 20.40 so a queue formed, no apology was given. One waitress tried her best to serve 20 clients. We booked 7.30 for breakfast next morning and had to pay in advance. At 7.27 there was still no sign of any staff to serve breakfast so we had to leave without breakfast. We are a well travelled couple and both agree that this hotel has the worst service, reception/restaurant and bar. Air conditioning unit kept cutting out
