The location is great. At the edge of the old town and next to the bus stop that connects to the airport. Tons of restaurants, tourist attractions and even a small supermarket within walking distance.
Street is busy at night, but my room facing the courtyard was not noisy at all. The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were spacious. Elevator and air conditioning were available (although both were not necessary for me). This felt like a small family business ran by women and I really appreciated it!
The bed was unconfortable and the room was a bit old fashioned and not modern-looking (it's an old building). I guess that's part of the charm, but it is a bit worn out.
The curtains let light in, which seems to be the default in all hotels I've stayed in the Baltics. I thought the breakfast was weak for a 4-star hotel and decided not to pay for it, but there were many restaurant options within walking distance. Check out at 11:30 is a bit too early.

Situated very close to every attraction of old city in nicely renovated old building . Nice fire place and sofas in the lobby. Rooms comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast might be more rich

Location to get to the airport and to see the old town was good. Bedding was adequate. It’s in a noisy street but that did not disturb us. Check in was okay as was communication for the hotel.
Room was very dated. Toilet was not clean and there was previous occupants stuff left in the fridge decaying. Big stain on the floor on entry to room. Would not say this is a 4 star hotel and was expensive for what we got. Would not describe this as a boutique hotel!
