The view from the room is gorgeous. The lotion smells divine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Everything was clean, and the beds very comfortable. Good, hearty breakfasts. No complaints at all and only nice things to say about our 3 night stay.

Perfect location in the Old Town, helpful staff on reception, comfortable room with firm bed, air con, kettle in room, great underground garage for storing our touring bikes.
Rather grim-looking from outside, although the modern design is shown off well from St Peter’s tower, just round the corner. Also, the bottled water in the room was free only for holders of some kind of loyalty card - that makes non cardholders feel a little less welcome. Breakfast price rockets if you don’t reserve it on booking (but there are great bakeries nearby)

The room wasn't the same they provided us, there wasn't any sofa just arm chair as we had to take our kid to our bed.
