The Old Riga Boutique Hotel Vecrīga is perfectly located near the Old Town, with many sights within easy walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and Riga has a very lively atmosphere. I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. It was served in a beautiful breakfast room that felt like being in a museum.
The bathroom had no additional cabinets or mirrored storage, which made it quite difficult to find enough space for toiletries and cosmetics.

- Low price
- Rooms don’t look like the pictures. Mine (on the ground floor) was dark and run-down.
- No hand soap (!!)
- Very bad smell in the hotel lobby.
- Receptionist not very friendly (in the evening).
- Definitely not a real 4-star hotel - but of course a real 4-star establishment wouldn’t be so cheap.
