Penthouse Apartment was fabulous and the breakfast is top class. Every single member of staff is so lovely and very helpful. The Spa in particular for me was so fabulous with staff going above and beyond to make the experience wonderful and the treatments are so enjoyable. I brought my autistic adult daughter with me and got her a treatment and the lady who looked after her was so amazing. Equally the lady who did my own treatment was so wonderful and we had a gorgeous chat throughout.
There wasn't one thing that we didn't like.
