Breakfast was lovely and plenty of variety. Check in was swift and the receptionist was friendly and polite. Was nice to receive the friendly WhatsApp. Was great to have air-conditioning and an Eroski minutes away. Loved having a washing machine! Lovely view of the lake and pretty peaceful.

Couldn't read the dials on the oven but it worked well enough. A plus the fridge was new! Would have been nice to have the gym included in the price.

Very big room with loads of space. Friendly staff. Good location 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and 5 minutes from bars and restaurants.

The staff at the reception were the bright spot of our stay. Always polite, helpful, and solution-oriented. Thank you for your kindness and support – we truly appreciated that.

Rooms: We appreciated the cleaning service after we requested it, but the follow-up cleaning didn't solve much. A clump of hair (not ours) has been on our terrace since day one and is still there. The bathroom is moldy and really needs a deep clean, renovation. Walls in the entrance, bathroom, and living room are dirty. Hotel is very noisy. Walls have no sound protection, we hear all discussions of our neighbors, toilets and so on. Most our neighbors were ok. But some were smoking hasj. The smoke have reached rooms. The hotel owners might consider part of the hotel which is "smoking free". There was no cleaning done under the sofa in the main room. Door handles throughout the apartment are squeaky and unpleasant to use – it got a bit better after we applied some lubricant ourselves. The bonus you hear also door handles of all your neighbors. Nights or days people just use the door bell, whenever they want. Bar / Restaurant at the hotel: Hot food at breakfast was served cold. The smoothies we ordered were basically tasteless colored ice. Pool. The glass dividers in the pool area were extremely dirty and unpleasant to look at. There is also cracked glass that, for some reason, hasn’t been replaced. Strangely, the toilets at the pool and reception were much cleaner than the one in our room. Surroundings: The area around the hotel is very dusty, with a lot of dog waste, plastic, and empty cans. The lake and channels nearby are in terrible condition. Maybe tourists are partly to blame, but it’s really painful to see nature in such a state.
