Good location, staff friendly, rooms clean

Staff friendly, location great. Rooms clean. Liked the roof top terrace. Breakfast was varied.

The bedroom was a bit dark with dark wood and black curtains. Fittings a little tired but room was cleaned very well every day.

Welcoming, high quality and luxurious

Beautiful hotel. Welcomed on arrival. Such friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were perfect. Lovely to have a roof terrace and hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring. We were allowed to use it even after check out to wait for our flight. Excellent service.

Perfect Hotel in the best location

The breakfast is excellent, lots of variety and everything is of great quality. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the best restaurants and the best shops. Highlight for the streets: Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunã.

Das Frühstück

Die Tapete im Flur unseres Zimmer muss sich nach einem ( Wasser )Schaden gelöst haben?!... warum das bei einem doch gehobenerem Hotel nicht sofort behoben wird, verstehe ich nicht. Das man ( laut Personal ) aus hygienischen Gründen die WC Bürsten weg lässt, finde ich ungünstig.

Fabulous location, lovely staff but plan to eat out.

Super location, near to quite a few great restaurants and a gluten free bakery! Staff were very efficient and helpful.

The air conditioning was not effective so our room was quite stuffy. The breakfast was mediocre/poor. We had paid for breakfast but actually went to a nearby coffee shop instead.

Bad costumer service

Hotel muy limpio , como y muy bien ubicado.

Desde que llegamos al hotel el Día sábado 23 a las 13h nos dijeron que no había internet y que había un problema en toda la zona y que por esa razón iban a tener que hacer el pago manual, fue como les di mi tarjeta e hicieron el pago. El Día de mi check- out tuve que salir en un vuelo mas temprano que el de mi familia al salir a las 5 am el día lunes 25 de marzo les notifique que mi familia seguía en la habitación y como ya había hecho el pago me fui, a las 12 en la hora de el check-out, me llama mi familia a decir que no se había hecho el pago y tenían que cobrar fue así como mi tio hizo el pago por mi por que yo ya me encontraba fuera de España, cuando revise mi banco note que habían debitado de mi banco y el de mi tio el Mismo valor ósea nos cobraron doble, mi tio se devuelve a decirle al que estaba en la Recepción que habían cobrado doble y que como podia ayudarnos, pues se negó a ayudarnos o al menos a hacer la Devolución de algunas de las dos tarjetas y dijo que teníamos que solucionar nosotros con el banco cuando fueron ELLOS LOS QUE TUVIERON EL ERROR, ahora tengo dos pagos con dos tarjetas diferentes el mismo valor por error de ellos y obviamente el Banco me está diciendo que tiene que ser el Hotel que lo devuelva y ya nos encontramos en camino al aeropuerto por que no teníamos mas tiempo y nos podia dejar el avión….. PEDIMOS EL GERENTE O ALGUIEN QUE NOS PUDIERA AYUDAR Y EL RECEPCIONISTA DIJO QUE EL ERA EL ENCARGADO O EL GERENTE DE TURNO, muy mal Me parece que tengan una actitud así sabiendo que fueron ellos los de el error y cuando te cobran por error dos veces en algun lugar el mismo sitio es el que DEBE hacer ña Devolución MUY MAL COSTUMER SERVICE PESIMO

La verdad todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy amable, la habitación impecable, el desayuno excelente, la ubicación muy buena. Nosotros tuvimos una emergencia médica a la madrugada y los chicos de recepción fueron muy amable y nos dirigieron al hospital de inmediato! Muy agradecidos y Giorgi de recepción 👏

Un weekend a Barcellona 🥂

Tutto molto bello se hai bisogno di qualche cosa devi solo chiedere .

Primo impatto con la signorina era molto sbrigativo sembrava che non aveva tempo per spiegare piscina colazione ecc peccato, ariacondizionata dovrebbe essere cambiato filtro puzza di muffa , lavandini cerchio tapo acqua da pulire, metropolitane passa sotto il albero si sente tremare in camera per il resto tutto ok sono tutte cose che si riesce risolvere se dovessi tornare di certo scelgo questo Hotel

Отличное расположение: центр, но не шумно; отзывчивый персонал - недостатки номера нивелируют; достаточно хороший завтрак по меркам Европы; хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

Небольшие недостатки вроде отсутствия тапочек и зубного набора в номере (дали по запросу). При заезде в номер он пах так, как будто в него выпрыснули целый освежитель воздуха. Также, просили кинг сайз кровать - дали две отдельные

Amazing place to stay

Amazing place to stay . Hot tube on the roof. Clean and big rooms, extra large bed,everything was included in our room what we needed. Reception staff was always helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend

Recibidas muy cordialmente, todo está preparado, check in y check out rapido. Ambiente tranquilo.

La amabilidad a la llegada, la ubicación perfecta, el hotel en gral, la habitación.

Detalle súper menor pero en el baño, no ponen acondicionador pelo ni crema hidratante. Fue un viaje muy corto y no lleve.

Bene ma non benissimo.

La posizione, le camere e la terrazza con il solarium che però non abbiamo potuto sfruttare visto il breve soggiorno.

Il trattamento da parte del personale della reception. Di primo acchito siamo stati accolti cordialmente dalla Sig.ra Claudia, peccato che il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno ci è stato chiesto di abbandonare la struttura perché la nostra stanza risultava prenotata per una sola notte invece che per due a causa di un “errore del sistema”. Fortunatamente, non senza delle difficoltà vista l’impossibilità di comunicare con la nostra lingua madre, siamo riusciti a dimostrare la bontà della nostra prenotazione. Non ci si aspettano certi “errori” in una struttura di questo calibro.

The Subway Directly underneath the hotel. I am good at reading reviews of hotels prior to staying. ( on multiply apps) and not one person mentioned the noise of the subway The hotel it build on top the Green, Yellow and Red lines As we checked in it was not a big deal You might think it's the noise in the room above, or construction on the street. But then the noise and vibration was about every 15 minutes The bad thing is it was a intersection underground where all 3 passed through ( we looked it up) The room was big, 2 hot tubs were nice and Fabio the bartender was good too. I would not stay here again because I'm a light sleeper and the sound of the vibration of Subway. Maybe if I was on a higher floor who knows if it was heard/felt.

Bathroom needs maintenance and upgrade; we had to change the room due to bad sewage odors The supplied Toiletries are good for one star hotel not for a 4-star Parking wasn’t available the first two days!! The breakfast isn’t good and cheap with minimum options!

Overall we had a fantastic stay at the hotel, location was perfect, room was lovely!

Location is excellent, so easy to find, nearby to main restaurants, bars and metro stations. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to Las Ramblas and other main attractions. Room was better than expected, bed was very comfortable! The staff were really accommodating in letting us leave our bags before our room was ready, and also at checkout we could leave our bags and come back later when heading to the airport.

Our view was the side of another building so we could see other flat balconies and windows. We were a little disappointed by the rooftop bar - we expected a livelier mood especially on a Friday night but was completely empty and no bar staff there at all. We also wanted to use the sauna but was told that we had to book/let reception know beforehand, which we didn’t know.

The location is near many stores, walkable to Passeig De Gracia, also easy location to grab a cab. The room and bathroom are quite big. Not so new hotel but still nice and clean. Smells good. The stafd are friendly and helpful.
