It was clean and they cleaned the room each day. Location was good - outside of city centre but short walk in.
Lack of staff out of hours. We were woken up at 1am by a fireman and policeman at 1am because there was a leak from our floor. They were trying to get access to Hostal and all rooms, but couldn’t get in touch with any staff. We understand these things happen but there was no contact or help from Hostal staff at all.
