Great communication with reception, warm welcome and introduction to the property, superb location near a metro train stop, clean comfortable room with free access to meals and dining area, kitchen, laundry, outdoor eating area. I was a solo female traveller and I felt safe and acknowledged.

Everything was perfect. The best hostel i have ever been to. Super clean, well furnitured, well decorated, all facilities. That is my fav that i will recommend for everyone

I loved the property and location. It was really close to a mall, many shops and restaurants so it was nice to take walks. The property was clean and I really liked the style of the furnishings used. The staff were also very welcoming and nice.
I didn't particularly like the self serve breakfast style. I had a different expectation about breakfast and I probably didn't read the breakfast description properly. I assumed it would have been buffet style, not me having to make my own eggs and all. However it was still a descent breakfast.
Also one of the nights, I came in to the common area to work on my laptop so I could sit using an actual table because the rooms don't have work workdesks but most of the lights were off and the air conditioning. There was no visible switch to turn it on and off so I just returned to the room.
