Perfect base to explore the towns and beaches of Noto. Masseria has been thoughtfully refurbished. Spacious rooms with private gardens and access to the pool overlooking the countryside and their gardens.

Big swimming pool, beautiful property, big family room, very clean, great breakfast, great location (close to Noto, Syracuse, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo beach)
They offer snacks during the day but they don't offer dinner, no big deal because there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good value for money. Nice Staff and really well maintained structure. Great location, saving us from this crazy hot July.
The breakfast was to expensive compare with what offered. The interior furniture was not in aligned compared with the exterior accommodation looking! (full IKEA)

Location, calmness, orange trees
Our room smelled wet and like mold. I confronted the stuff, they told it was cause of the rain in the last weeks and the age of the property. I understand that.
However any action, like a dehumidifier would have been adequate and to no offer it for rent in this condition, instead they installed a room spray which made a noise every 20minutes, which also disturbed our sleep. Have to admit that Im allergic to mold.
