Massimo is very friendly
pictures looked much better than onsite. bathroom could be refurbished. breakfast (only 1 bottle of water & a bag of croissants) was a perkiness, even due to covid situation it is not an excuse

"It was very clean and neat. The building itself felt very safe, because it’s not easily accessible to everyone. We had some snacks and drinks refilled everyday."
