The hotel is lovely, The staff go out of their way to nake your stay perect - from helping with logistics, paying attentiion to your needs, suggesting solutions and places to visit. Each and every one of the staff was hospitable and kind - you don't often see this level of service and hospitality. The location is amazing. You can walk to Old Nice, the Port, Promenade de Paillons (do not miss this), and the tram is just around the corner to the airport and to all of Nice. The neighborhood feels more local and is not overrun by tourists. It has a good combination of boulangeries, grocery stores, restaurats, even a mall a couple of blocks away. MY room was well laid out, with a great balcony overlooking the roofs of Nice. The breakfast was delicious - lots of variety and choice with local offereings. In fact, my time in Nice was great in large part because of my stay ay Hotel Esprit d'Azur.

The location is amazing, you can walk to the city center and there are bus, tram and train station very near to the hotel. The staff was very very kind and made sure to give us tips and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
You can hear everything from outside, even though the area is peaceful, the guests are not and were quite loud.

Really helpful and friendly staff, quick replies to requests and emails. Great central location, room much bigger than expected, clean with everything working. Breakfast was delicious.
Older style property so small lift and corridors, actual keys rather than keycards, not great soundproofing but slept well
