Our group have 5 families and we booked four apartments and one hotel room. This one is the most spacious. It is located in the heart of Madrid and is very close to a subway station. The apartment has a washer/dryer and a drying rack. One thing I dislike is that the bathroom does not have venting system. Oh, we struggled to get the door open. The lock is a multi bolt system that we are not familiar with.

The rental was great. It was in a great area to get to all attractions. We felt comfortable walking around even late at night.

This was our first time in Madrid. The property is steps away from the metro and very close to the royal palace. We were met at the property by José. He was very helpful and gave good information about sites and restaurants etc. My teenage son says "no downsides".

Communication with owner was excellent. Property was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and big fluffy towels!! Location was amazing. Many great restaurants nearby as well as site seeing attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

El apartamento es cómodo. Tiene una ubicación inmejorable porque está en una calle (Arenal) de mucha actividad. También está a pasos de la Puerta del Sol, dos estaciones de metro y la de tren a Cercanías. El propietario es muy amable y está disponible para orientar a los huéspedes.

The apartment was spotless! On a great pedestrian street close to 2 major transportation hubs. The owner greeted us and provided wonderful information about the area and restaurants. Don't miss Antoniata on Cave Baja. Since the walls do not go up to the ceiling privacy could be an issue for some. All the equipment was new and in excellent working order.. I would highly recommend the apartment.

We loved the apartment so much! Love at first sight. The apartment was a very decent size, especially considering the great location. The decor of the apartment is impeccable - so contemporary and lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV has access to Netflix. It is extraordinarily close to the Opera metro station and about 5 minutes walking to Sol. The street that it is on is always quite lively. Lots of cafes and some shopping and very close to Plaza Major. The apartment is fairly quiet - we got really good nights of sleep. Jose was extremely helpful. He gave us tons of tips on what to see in the area and where to go to eat. He was always just a text away if we had any questions. I would love to stay here again the next time I am in Madrid.

The apartment is small but very nice. The bed was comfortable and the living room cozy. The location cannot be beat, walking distance to several sites and easy metro service for farther reaches. José Maria gave us terrific suggestions for eating.

Home was very beautiful and clean. But instead of this it has an incridable location just near opera, del sol, plaza major. Renovated, Safe, comfortable and at the heart of the town. That is just great. You need no more.

This appartment has everything you need. The temperature, the space, the kitchen,... Everything was just perfect. The owner was very attentive and helpul. The appartment is very central. In less than 10 min we were in important touristic points. If i ever return to madrid i'll certainly ask for this appartament again. It was, certainly, a very good choice! :)
