Great apartment small but perfectly formed with everything you needed. Very comfortable beds and pillows (which is a rarity)
The terrace is fantastic, so good to have a good bit of outside space in the hot weather. Was a lovely spot to wake up or wind down after a busy day wandering the city. I'll be very surprised if we don't return again ! The lady on reception was great very friendly and helpful

If you want to wait 24+ hours for a reply to your communications with the property manager, you really like run-down woodwork and flooring, you're into seeing walls with graffiti as you enter your apartment, and you love OSB plywood painted to look like a bathroom counter top or storage cabinet, then you will love this apartment. By the way, the entrance is between a marijuana shop and a lottery shop.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The apartment is very well equipped, very quiet, and the AC worked well which was appreciated when the day temperatures went up to 40 Celsius. We were a family with two teens and the sofa bed was quite comfortable! I have already booked this apartment for the next visit too because I love the location and how convenient everything is.

Stayed for 4 days in the apartment.
The bed, pillows, and couch we very comfortable. The TV had access to free movies and local stations.
The air conditioning worked really well.
The outdoor patio was perfect for meals, lounging, and drying laundry.
The bathroom and shower were great, great water pressure in the shower and lots of counter space.
The location couldn’t be more central! So many places to eat, shop, etc. and right by the metro line.
The kitchen had everything needed to make meals, too.
The only issue we had was at check-in. We weren’t told who specifically would meet us once we got to the apartment or where they would be. We waited 30 minutes to gain access to the apartment because we didn’t have the number of the people who checked us in.
I would recommend this location.

On our first time in Madrid, we couldn't find a better place to stay. The location is just perfect! Close to restaurant, bars, museums and shopping. The apartment was perfect, clean and they give you everything you can think about it. The building is super clean and safe! And the cherry on the cake, Ana, she works at the building, she was super sweet and helpfull. I give a 5 stars!!!!

This is a nice, clean apartment right in the very heart of Madrid. Check in was a little bit confusing. Listing says anytime after 3:30pm but the consierge (a very lovely woman named Ana) takes siesta from 1-4pm so don't show up before 4pm or the front door will be locked. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to metro and within walking distance of many of the sites of Madrid. The terraza is lovely and the space is surprisingly quiet given it's location in the city . Would recommend this location without hesitation

The property was amazing. Safe, quietn xlean and with all amenities. However it is very difficult to find with no signage or prior instructions even after i had written to the property manager 5 days before arriving. Spent iver an hour in the dark trying to find the plane after a 18 hr journey. Had to turn on data to call the manager who did not speak English. He sent me directions via txt to the property and to the keys hidden in a flower pot!

Enjoyed our stay in Madrid! The apartment was great, clean, well-stocked. Excellent location, close to Metro. The outside deck is amazing, wanted to sit out there every morning and evening with my coffee or a glass of wine. Anna, the apartment manager (on site) was so wonderful and helpful!

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It's in a phenomenal location for exploring Madrid. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, the shower is amazing (great pressure and nice and hot!), the heating works really well, great TV with Netflix!, internet - everything you could want!
