Great property! Mark and Gina were attentive hosts with a beautiful home and guest house. We especially enjoyed the vivid sunsets, relaxing on the back patio (complete with wild parakeets, hummingbirds, quail and woodpeckers), and the VERY comfy bed. The weather was perfect (75-ish). We’ll definitely be back.

This property was beautiful, the home was well appointed, and Gina was a pleasure to work with. This property is also in a wonderful part of Scottsdale. Very close to fabulous restaurants, shopping and a number of amazing hiking trails.

We enjoyed the fireplace on a cool March day, but the weather was warm enough to enjoy the outdoors most days. The property has amazing views, especially sunset and evenings. Shopping and restaurants are close by. We really enjoyed meeting Mark and Gina; they are very responsive (while respecting your privacy) and are gracious and accommodating hosts! Highly recommend this property. Wish we could have stayed another week! Hope to return!

We absolutely loved this place. Gina and Mark were extremely gracious hosts. The casita is very well appointed with a nice fireplace. A private garage and entry made coming and going super easy. The property is beautiful and we really enjoyed watching the wild parakeets and gambel quail. The location is great, within close proximity to shopping and dining and only about a 15 minute drive to Desert Mountain. We will look forward to staying here again!

Gina and Mark are incredible hosts. They love meeting new guests which we loved. If you like more privacy you’ll have plenty of that as well! The views and amenities are bountiful here! Stunning views of Scottsdale from the rooftop. My wife and I loved going up with a drink at the end of the day to unwind. Central location to cave creek bars and amazing restaurants just minutes away! It was perfection. Thank you Mark and Gina! Mike and Krissy

While a beautiful property, we were under the impression that this was a private place . Looking at the pictures you don't see that you share the patio with the owners. It felt uncomfortable. We stayed one night and left. Also disappointed that the pool wasn't running and the patio furniture was all covered. Owners were slow to give information about getting into the property and then informed us after we were there they wanted to meet and go over the rules. Just not the romantic getaway we had in mind...

Gina and Mark are wonderful people and their property is nothing but first class! Had a great time and will definitely be returning. Can’t say enough good things about my stay and their hospitality!

This property offers an incredibly quiet, peaceful escape with breathtaking views. While that was our priority, we also found that we were just a few minutes away from fine restaurants and great golf courses. We loved spending time at the casita so much that most nights we brought food home from restaurants to enjoy dinner poolside, watching city lights come up as the sun went down. With luxury in mind, Gina made sure we had everything we needed, making this casita a must-return for us!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely week in Scottsdale. I spent a lot of time searching for a property that would be peaceful and beautiful; we did not want to be in a condo complex or a hotel with other vacationers. This casita was perfect for us. I was pleasantly surprised that it was even nicer in person than what the photos portrayed. It was convenient to have our own garage entrance, plenty of indoor space for two people, and access to lovely outdoor sitting areas throughout the property. Coming from Pennsylvania, it was unique to be in a mountainous desert setting with such a different landscape than we're used to. We were especially drawn to this property because of the outdoor living areass. The views are spectacular and I personally loved the water fountains and water features throughout the property. The neighborhood of upscale homes was quiet and we enjoyed a morning walk each day before reading at the pool, golfing, or shopping. My husband played golf at five different courses and I enjoyed shopping. This location is so quiet and out of the way, yet very close to every imaginable store or restaurant. We especially enjoyed eating at Soul Cafe which is just down the road. Gina and Mark couldn't have been friendlier. They aimed to please. We would definitely love to visit again!

We spent a week at this location while on vacation....I highly recommend this as a vacation destination. The property itself is amazing, close to all the nice restaurants and all of the nicest golf courses. That is just part of it though, the owners make this location a place that I will be returning to. From arrival to departure they make you feel as though you are at your own home. The views are spectacular, especially sunset while on the upper balcony. For the golfers there is a practice putting and chipping area. For those that just want to relax there is the upstairs balcony with a fire pit, along with a downstairs area that includes a pool and hot tub. I could not imagine vacationing in Arizona and staying anywhere else. I could go on and on about how great this place is but if you are thinking of traveling here do yourself a favor and book this Casita.....you will not be disappointed!!!!

This fabulous casita was “home” to me for six glorious weeks and I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Location, location, location...the spotless casita, part of a gorgeous property in a very quiet, upscale North Scottsdale neighborhood, is spacious yet cozy. There’s amazing views in every direction, and I delighted in watching the nightly “show” from the second story deck as glorious sunsets were painted across the vast Arizona skies. While the casita/property has a lot of privacy and secluded “feel”, it’s a very quick drive to great restaurants, shops and wonderful hiking (like Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve). When I initially inquired about the casita, Gina replied quickly to my emails and questions. Gina and Mark are fantastic hosts; both have warm, engaging and friendly personalities, and their pride of ownership is so apparent-every inch of their property (inside and out) is immaculate. Several times during my extended stay I was invited to share a meal with this couple (or a drink while we watched yet another cool sunset) and it’s obvious that they truly enjoy getting to know their guests. I made a personal “connection” with both of them, and really hope I have the opportunity to rent the casita again in the future! Thanks for everything, Gina and Mark...until we meet again!

Exceptional property with magnificent views - the grounds are immaculate. The casida is spotless, decor is lovely and very well appointed. Gina and Mark are most attentive, we wanted for nothing. Their knowledge of the area is terrific too. We highly recommend this wonderful property!

VIEWS-VIEWS-VIEWS. Convenient location to all Scottsdale sites. The casita is spacious and the yard/pool is spectacular. Your hosts make you feel like VIPs. You will hate to leave.

An absolutely beautiful Casita, in stunning desert setting with spectacular views of the valley. The furnishings compliment the rooms, are very comfortable and I slept like a babe in the bed. This is an ideal retreat, you'll love it here and I'm sure you won't want to leave.

Although I lived in AZ for a few years, I have never experienced such beauty as I did while staying at this wonderful casita. The hospitality was above & beyond any that I have experienced before. The added touches & the privacy were so nice to have and made my stay truly memorable. The views were fabulous as were the sunsets over the mountains. I highly recommend this beautiful desert casita to anyone that wants quality from such wonderful hosts such as Gina and Mark. This location is also a plus for several activities, dining, & shopping. I enjoyed my stay immensely and will be back to this beautiful property.
