Giving out of bed linnen at reception. I specified a bottom bunk bed, but my request was not accomodated.

Located in the historic center of Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter, with good restaurants nearby and close to the city center. The hostel has 24-hour reception staff, fast check-in and check-out processes, and allows guests to come and go freely without time restrictions. Individual lockers are provided in the rooms.
The room itself was very small. It was suitable for one night, but it could be uncomfortable for a longer stay, especially due to the very outdated facilities. The room does not have air conditioning and only has a small fan, and guests sleeping on the top bunk get virtually no airflow. There is only one small power outlet located very close to the floor and near the door, forcing guests to charge their phones on the floor and away from their beds, as there are no individual outlets near the beds. This makes using and charging electronic devices quite inconvenient.
