Welcome to our stunning Uptown house, located in the heart of uptown and just a short walk away from a variety of shops and restaurants. With 3800 square feet of luxurious living space, our 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends traveling together. Recently remodeled, our home boasts a spacious and modern interior with tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. Step outside onto the wraparound deck and take in the spectacular red rock views, or head to the newly built private backyard to enjoy the heated pool and spa. The outdoor BBQ area and firepit are perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Inside, the loft area features a second fully equipped kitchen, living room, and sitting room, providing ample space for large groups to spread out and relax. The main kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking supplies, including spices and cooking oils, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our home is also kid-friendly and comes with a crib, highchair, and stroller for your convenience. Plus, our comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep for all. We recently completely remodeled the master bathroom. Floor to ceiling tile and a new Toto Neorest toilet! Whether you're looking for a relaxing family vacation or a fun getaway with friends, our Sedona vacation rental has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Such a great property! We were impressed with how much baby items they had to accommodate for our son. The neighborhood was quiet, scenery was great and the weather was fantastic which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The house was clean, spacious and we loved all the amenities! Would rebook again!

The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

The uptown home was great for our group of 8 family members. The pros were the size, cleanliness (in the house, not necessarily around the spa), amenities, and proximity to town. It really is a great house.
Unfortunately, we downgraded what could have been an across-the-board 5-star review due to the house not being as described because of inoperative central heat on the upper level. This fact was not disclosed to us prior to our arrival and, in fact, not until the next day after we had inquired with the agent about the heat - there was a part on order. A space heater was available (and used by us). Before using the space heater, the upstairs temperature was 56 degrees. The upstairs is large and includes a kitchen area, a sitting room, and a large bedroom area. Consequently, we spent the majority of our time on the main floor where the heat was working but missed regularly enjoying the upstairs with its beautiful view.
Other minor items included the lack of an instruction binder...something that has been in every other VRBO in which we have stayed. It may not be required, but it would have been useful for such things as operating the outdoor spa, etc... Oh, we marked down the check-in process because the maids were still cleaning the house until 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in.

Great stay at this house. Kitchen has everything you could need. Spacious house great for a large group, pool area is really nice, loved the upstairs porch, nice areas for gathering. Great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with so many items. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! It was a great place for our 9 family members to enjoy games and recharge between our tours and outings. Wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again! A++++

Great location to downtown and great hiking. A family get away with two families. Great set up for a larger group with kids! Check in and communication was great.

We enjoyed our stay - the house was well stocked which was great because we like to cook and dine in. Nice walk to downtown. Had some slight trouble getting the check in information but once in was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was that we had hoped to swim but did not realize we needed to give advance notice for the pool to be heated - would recommend noting that for people unfamiliar with how these things work.

This place was awesome! It was a quick walk to stores, restaurants, and the Pink Jeep Tours. They had every kind of amenity that you thought you might need, and several you didn't even realize you'd want! It was like staying at a friend's house! Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Great location with proximity to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of room, we had a group of 10 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The details & pictures in the listing were very accurate. House was stocked better than most (Spices, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). I would highly recommend renting this house!

Superb location
Great location with proximity to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of room, we had a group of 10 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The details & pictures in the listing were very accurate. House was stocked better than most (Spices, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). I would highly recommend renting this house!

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Walkable to all of downtown Sedona. The views from the second floor wrap around deck are very photo worthy! Beautiful house
We had a great 4 nights staying at this property. The master bedroom and the upstairs suite were amazing. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, The house has a huge, well stocked kitchen. Outside there is a very nice pool and hot tub. The house was so close to everything. We were able to walk to some of the downtown restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderful house.

The rest of the house gave privacy to my son and his family. If you want to be able to walk to stores and restaurants, this is the place. It is just far enough away from uptown that you don't get the town noise or clutter. but close enough to walk to if wanted.

This lovely home had a separate wing for us as the Grandparents in the group. It is beautiful and has everything you would want as your "own place". The rest of the house gave privacy to my son and his family. If you want to be able to walk to stores and restaurants, this is the place. It is just far enough away from uptown that you don't get the town noise or clutter. but close enough to walk to if wanted.

Our overall experience was good. Property was very spacious and location was prime. Beds were comfortable and owners offered a lot of miscellaneous needs such as plenty of toilet paper, Clorox wipes, washing detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, plenty of pool towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner, etc. It had a fully stocked kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Outside pool area was great and so was the jacuzzi with the fire pit. Two drawbacks, garbage never got picked up (fault of the city) and with a family of 12, a lot of trash was accumulated. But the biggest drawback were the cockroaches which we encountered both outside and inside the house. However, the property gets treated twice a month for them. Overall, the owners were great, super communicative and resolved our needs very quickly. I would recommend this VRBO to others.

Very well equipped home. Great kitchen and outdoor area. Easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Owner was great about being prompt with answers to my questions. Overall fabulous, fans in bedrooms would be my only suggestion. Great place for a large group. Would rent again.
