The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My bed was very comfortable and there were biscuits and plenty of toiletries left for us.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower warm and powerful. A good place to rest after a day of walking.
Check in took a while as another guest had an issue and there wasn't a second person on hand to help.
In advance, I made 2 requests to book a table in the restaurant which were no answered. When we arrived, we were told that the chef had just left so no food was available that evening in house.
