About this condo rental
Nestled in Portoferraio, this charming condo for $92 per night is a great choice for your next break. It is an apartment very suitable for those who love peace, quite close to the beaches of Padulella and Capobianco, and easily accessible from the town of Portoferraio. Some clarifications. The garden in front of the apartment (80 square meters) is equipped with a large umbrella, a table, chairs and a barbecue for the exclusive use. A parking space is reserved in the garden. We made the house comfortable, equipping it with a LCD television, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher and autoclave. Are within walking distance in ten minutes both the beach Padulella (sand and stones) but to Capobianco (pebbles). The house is located at the Fort English, then on a hill overlooking the center of Portoferraio but the beaches and the town are within easy walking distance. The house has three bedrooms: one with two beds with two large windows overlooking the garden, a bedroom and a second twin bedroom, both with high windows. The beds of the double rooms can be joined to form a double bed. Not provided linen room, bathroom, kitchen. Unfortunately in August pets are not allowed. The final cleaning will be performed by guests, at the start. Handing over the keys after 15 hours the day of arrival, and before 10am on day of departure. The price includes the cost of electricity-water-gas. No other charge is payable.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleine Mängeln
Ruhige Lage, schöne Terasse,schöne Zimmer, Betten waren gut. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, der Geschirrspüler müsste gereinigt werden. Die Klimaanlage war nicht ausreichend für die heißen Temparaturen, da man durch die Hanglage des Hauses nicht gut lüften kann. Die Zufahrt müsste ausgebessert werden, man beschädigt sonst die Unterseite des Autos. Nach Behebung der Mängel ist es eine schöne Unterkunft.

We are a family with 3 children at the age of 12, 4 and 2 years. We stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2017. We enjoyed our holidays in this flat and area so much. Everything is exactly like it's described by the owner of this flat or by the former users. The most amazing thing were all the Italian neighbors with their noises. So we can commend this holiday flat without any doubt.
Siamo una famiglia con 3 children l'età di 12, 4 e 2 anni. Eravamo qua per due settimane nell giulio 2017. Godavamo il nostro soggiorno in questa casa e questa zona tantissimo. Tutto è come descritto dal Patrone du casa o dagli ospiti prima. La cosa più fantastica c'erano gli italiani vicini con tutti i suoi suoni. Allora consigliamo questa casa senza dubbio.
Wir sind eine Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 12, 4 und 2 Jahren. Wir verbrachten hier 2 Wochen in Juli 2017. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war genau so, wie es vom Vermieter und den früheren Gästen beschrieben ist. Das Beste waren für uns die italienischen Nachbarn mit ihren Geräuschen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne jeglichen Zweifel empfehlen.

Bon emplacement
Accueil arrivée au top. Excellente communication. Propreté OK sauf le filtre de la hotte gras et à changer. Nous ne mettons pas d'avantage car la maison est en fait un bas de maison, avec voisins dessus, et à côté. Bien que très sympathiques l environnement était sonore.
Le souci est que pour sortir sa voiture du terrain le voisin doit passer entre votre table de jardin et l entrée de la maison. Franchement pas pratique, surtout que le parasol fourni n est pas déplaçable. pour prendre le petit dej le matin à l ombre nous devions déplacer la table dans le passage. Il manque aussi un four, a minima micro ondes.Dommage car la maison est à 5mn à pied de 2 très belles plages et Stephano et Cosimo ont été charmants. A recommander donc si on n a pas l intention de passer trop de temps à la maison

ganz herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, im Mai 2016 einen vierwöchigen Urlaub in Eurem Haus zu verbringen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Unsererseits gab es keine Beanstandungen. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Gartensiedlung im Grünen umgeben von italienischen Nachbarn. Unser Auto haben wir überhaupt nicht vermisst: zu Fuß waren wir in 10 Minuten beim Bäcker, in 10 Minuten beim Supermarkt, in 12 Minuten am zentralen Busbahnhof, in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt von Portoferraio und in 10 Minuten an wunderbaren Stränden. So konnten wir auf grandiosen Touren die ganze Insel Elba erwandern und es blieb auch noch Zeit, um ein erfrischendes Bad zu nehmen.
Die Besitzer sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir ohne Auto anreisten, wurden wir am Fährhafen abgeholt. Den Rücktransport besorgten dann italienische Nachbarn. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir werden wiederkommen.

On our part, there were no complaints .The house is quiet, surrounded by Italian neighbours in a garden landscape. We didn’t miss our car: on feet we were in 10 minutes at the bakery, in 10 minutes at the supermarket, in 12 minutes at the central bus station, in 20 minutes in the old town of Portoferraio and in 10 minutes at beautiful beaches. We were able to hike the whole island and there was also time to take a dip.The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the ferry port. The repatriation were made by our Italian neighbours. Once again thank you very much! We will come back again.
La ringrazio molto per l'opportunità di trascorrere una vacanza di quattro settimane in casa maggio 2016 . La casa era molto pulito e funzionale come descritto. Da parte nostra, non c'erano lamentele .La casa è tranquilla, circondato da vicini italiani in un paesaggio giardino. Non abbiamo perso la nostra macchina: sui piedi siamo stati in 10 minuti al forno, in 10 minuti al supermercato ,in 12 minuti alla stazione centrale degli autobus, in 20 minuti nel centro storico di Portoferraio e in 10 minuti alla bella spiagge. Siamo stati in grado di camminare tutta l'isola e c'era anche il tempo di fare un tuffo .I proprietari sono estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Siamo stati prelevati al porto dei traghetti . Il rimpatrio sono state fatte dai nostri vicini italiani.

wir waren sehr zufrieden, zumal wir dort die 2 Wochen alleine dort verbringen konnten.Die obere Wohnung war unbelegt.
Genossen haben wir das entfernte Stadtleben mit den leise heraufschallenden Geräuschen, -sehr angenehm .Und das Eingebundensein in die Lebensgeräusche der" hinter den Hecken Nachbarn" war wunderbar italienisch.
Danke, Cosimo Raimondi für die jeweils so unkomplizierten Übergaben, alles war fein und ein Superurlaub ! Bis ein anderes mal ! Ulrike und Peter

Meglio di cosi'!!!
La casa rispecchia fedelmente quanto riportato nell’ inserzione, e pertanto non abbiamo avuto spiacevoli sorprese. La posizione della casa non è sicuramente penalizzante, anche perché in ogni caso ogni giorno noi andavamo in una spiaggia diversa, tutte comunque vicine ma inevitabilmente per alcune (Sansone, Sottobomba Seccione) bisognava usare l’automobile. Inoltre il fatto di non avere altri inquilini vicini, ci ha permesso di goderci una vacanza assolutamente tranquilla. Spazio, pulizia, tranquillità, doppi servizi e incontri ravvicinati con gabbiani, gatti e un riccio che rubacchiavano il cibo del nostro cane ci sono proprio piaciuti. Il cortile chiuso è un altro elemento a favore della casa, soprattutto per chi, come noi si porta in vacanza il proprio amico a 4 zampe.
A detta di qualcuno, l' Elba è una Sardegna compatta, non c'è altro da aggiungere.....
Sicuramente, visto che ci sono ancora tante cose da vedere, ritorneremo a Portoferraio e visto che ci siamo trovati molto bene non vedo perché dovremmo cambiare alloggio.
Un grazie al Sig. Cosimo per l’eccellente ospitalità: fossimo in Spagna o Portogallo lo chiameremmo “Hidalgo”, in Inghilterra “Sir”, da noi “Signore”.

Buona posizione buon rapporto qualità-prezzo
La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione era corretta.
L'appartamento è come ce lo aspettavamo funzionale con i due bagni. Ottimo il giardino con il barbecue, l'ombrellone e il tavolo per 6 persone. Alla sera lo abbiamo sicuramente sfruttato.
Molto apprezzata anche la lavastovigle e la lavatrice. Meno apprezzato l'arredamento un po "datato".
Molto buona anche la posizione perchè in 10-15 minuti raggiungi le spiaggie delle ghiaie, Padulella e Capo Bianco. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Molto gentile anche il propietario che risaluto. Se dovessimo tornare all'Isola D'elba potremmo ancora scegliere questo appartamento.

ottima soluzione
Una casa davvero ben attrezzata, ad un passo dal centro di Portoferraio ma silenziosa e fresca. Il giardino, tutto recintato, è stato molto apprezzato anche dal mio cane, che si è goduto una vacanza senza pericoli. Accoglienza squisita e attenta.

Semplice e funzionale!
La descrizione rispecchia la realtà: appartamento semplice e funzionale, in zona tranquilla, ad una manciata di minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Anche il centro di Portoferraio è raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo. Durante il nostro soggiorno, gli altri appartamenti sono stati occupati dai proprietari solo un paio di giorni: molto carini ed accoglienti, anche con il nostro golden retriever che, di tanto in tanto, si auto-invitava a casa loro :)

casa spaziosa, ben attrezzata in posto tranquillo
Ci siamo trovati bene in questa casa, il posto era tranquillo e si potevano raggiungere con una breve passeggiata sia il centro di Portoferraio sia alcune spiagge molto belle. La casa era ben attrezzata e in ordine. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Personalmente ho gradito la presenza di libri e dvd.
