The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond. A great location for the river front and Belém area and an easy 10 minute tram or bus to the old centre.

Breakfast is great, despite the number of people at the same time, it makes a lot of confusion. But it has a variety of options.
It is not a jovial environment, which allows a lot of interaction between guests.

It was clean and rooks were okay and beds comfortable!
The hotel is next to a high bridge with train and all sounds comes in so horrible and experience that way also staff were quit unfriendly at reception! Took for ever to check in ! Only reason one can book this hotel is if you are in a conference it’s close to it.
